In our history as an IT support company we have been in the fortunate position to receive and fulfill "special requests" from various clients.
These requests have often involved real world problems which lacked a solution or a cost-effective "off the shelf" product which would apply.
By researching and engineering solutions to these problems we have been able to add to our skills and build our knowledge of these real world situations.
