  • Assigned primary and secondary expert engineers
  • Staff review of policies and modification as needed of existing firewall rules
  • Integration with existing trouble ticketing, escalation and change management systems
  • Evaluation and implementation of firewall rule change requests
  • Timely installation of minor software upgrades and patches for Co-Managed assets
  • Trend monitoring, analysis and alerting
  • Weekly or monthly reports as appropriate to your needs
  • Quarterly or Semi Annual Reviews with architecture and change recommendations

  • Tier 3 and 4 support event escalation and advanced trouble shooting
