- 8 x 5 proactive monitoring and management of security devices including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other security devices or services using existing or Root Group provided monitoring systems
- Assigned primary and secondary expert engineers
- Staff review of policies and modification as needed of existing firewall rules
- Integration with existing trouble ticketing, escalation and change management systems
- Evaluation and implementation of firewall rule change requests
- Timely installation of minor software upgrades and patches for Co-Managed assets
- Trend monitoring, analysis and alerting
- Weekly or monthly reports as appropriate to your needs
- Quarterly or Semi Annual Reviews with architecture and change recommendations
- Dedicated Account Manager
Hourly Services for Co-Managed Security Services
- Tier 3 and 4 support event escalation and advanced trouble shooting
- Migrations or major upgrades
- Up front baseline assessment and remediation of existing installation
- Additional projects such as security policy definition, audits, compliance analysis, documentation standardization
