The Root Group has a full compliment of Professional Services for IT Infrastructure that are available through 3 different engagement methodologies; General Service Contract, Project Based and Best Available. The General Services Contract offers the lowest price, greatest availability and the most flexibility because it is based on a committed weekly or monthly schedule. The Project Based engagement is defined by a Statement of Work (SOW) and is designed to deliver a specific deliverable in a specific timeframe. The SOW is developed collaboratively between The Root Group and our clients. The Best Available service provides engineering resources in the best available timeframe for short engagements or urgent service issues.
